1. What information do we collect from you when you visit our site?

You are not required to register on the Site to use any of the Site’s features.

Our Site is composed of a homepage with embedded videos, embedded music player, information about The Moblees characters, and other consumer information or opportunities that do not require the collection of personal information in order to access. There is also a separate Parent’s section which contains information about The Moblees brand, organizations we’ve partnered with, the development of The Moblees curriculum, and activities, recipes and other information that we believe will interest caregivers of children aged 3-6 years old. Other than described below we do not collect personally identifiable information on the Site.

2. What other features on our site will ask you to provide information?

If, at a future date, we offer a newsletter feature and you sign up for our newsletter, we will use the parent or guardian’s email address. From time to time, we will run contests or other interactive activities which may require an account be set up, depending on the activity.

3. Do we collect information using cookies or web technologies?

Our website uses cookies or other similar technologies that are used by the Site to gather information. Cookies are small, electronic text files that your web browser places on your hard drive or device to retain information relating to visits to and use of a website. They are used in order to make websites work and to improve their efficiency, as well as to provide us with website usage information. The cookie itself does not contain personal information although it will enable us to relate your use of the Site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Although cookies allow you to visit the Site more efficiently, you may elect to disengage them by changing your browser properties, or browsing the Site while using your browser’s private session capability. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use the Site. Each browser is different, so please review your browser properties to determine how to disengage cookies.

To learn about cookies and how websites use them please visit www.allaboutcookies.org or https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies?hl=en-US.

In addition to cookies used to make the site function and enjoyable for you to use, we use Google Analytics for website analytics purposes. This means that we use them to improve our website by seeing how many visitors come to our website and what pages and links on our website are popular (among other things). All user information collected by Google Analytics cookies are made anonymous which means no website visitor can be individually identified.

We may also collect data by using so-called pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs or similar means (collectively, “Pixel Tags”) embedded in the Site’s content. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single-pixel (1×1), that is ordinarily not visible to Site visitors and may be associated with cookies on the visitors’ hard drives. The data we may collect includes, among other things, your IP address (see below), which operating system and browser you use, how you navigate to and through our Site, and how long you stay on our web pages. This information is anonymous and does not include your personal information.

Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is an identifying number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider. This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you visit the Site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many websites.

4. Do we have e-commerce or advertisements on our site?

The Site offers a link to an e-commerce store that we have created on the third-party platform Shopify. Shopify is one of the world’s largest e-commerce engines and the company goes to great lengths to protect information provided by customers of their sites. Information regarding Shopify’s privacy policy is available here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/customers

5. With whom do we share your information?

Personal information is not shared with independent third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do, however, work with third parties who provide services to us and we may share personal information that you may provide with us as part of product fulfillment, payment processing, or promotional activities. Such vendors are prohibited from using the information shared for their own purposes.

If you elect to participate in a sweepstakes, contest or other promotion, and with the appropriate permissions, we may disclose your personal information in connection with such sweepstakes, contest or other promotion. Such disclosures may include, for example, posting your entry or submission and attributing it to you, fulfilling your prize, including your name (or a portion of your name) on a published winners list, sharing information with a co-sponsor or promotional partner or as provided under the official rules relating to the sweepstakes, contest or promotion.

On the Homepage of the Site you have the opportunity to sign into any of the music streaming services provided within a widget in the Music section. Your use of those third-party services is not required for the use of the Site, is performed at your discretion, and will require you to log into or establish an account with the service you have chosen. Please consult the privacy information for the given service to see how your data may be used.

We may also disclose personal information in order to: (1) comply with applicable laws; (2) respond to governmental inquiries or requests; (3) comply with valid legal process; (4) protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of the Company, Site visitors, or the public; (5) permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain; and (6) enforce our Terms of Use Agreement.

In the event there is a change in the corporate structure of the Company such as a merger, consolidation, sale, liquidation or transfer of substantial assets, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, transfer, sell or assign information collected on and through the Site, to one or more affiliated or unaffiliated third parties.

6. How do we keep your information secure?

We take reasonable security precautions to safeguard personal information that you choose to provide against the loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorized access of such information. For example, we use safeguards such as firewall-protected servers and we limit employee access to your information to people and parties that need to know such information to provide the services we offer. Unfortunately, no security system is perfect and no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure.
